Shipping Policy
For all orders placed via prepaid mode (Credit Card, Net Banking and Debit Card) shall be serviced to you on the shipping address with us.
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of receiving and the delivery of the order will be done within 3-7 days, depending upon the location. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
Once an order is shipped/dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Free shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below 500, shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partner shall make three attempts to deliver your package and post unsuccessful delivery after these attempts, we will consider the order status as closed and For paid orders Kindly contact us at support@floradiseapparels.com
Can I Cancel My Order After Placing It?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped (usually within 1-2 days) by emailing us at support@floradiseapparels.com. A refund will be processed as per your payment method
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For returns, please contact us after delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery by writing to support@floradiseapparels.com.
Customers who wish to return a product must ship the item to the seller’s address provided at the time of request.
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
· Please ensure the product is unused and returned with the original tags intact. Returns without tags will not be accepted.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed.
Refund & Processing:
Refunds are processed within 24–48 working hours after we receive and quality-check the returned product.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Credit/Debit Card / Net Banking refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Coupon & Offer Adjustments: If you return any or all products from an order placed using a coupon code or promotional offer, the offer will become invalid. The discount or benefit from the offer will be deducted from your refund.
Product Eligibility:
Returnable (only once): Innerwear (Beginners/Trainer Bras, Camisoles/Slips, Inner shorts)
Non-returnable: Innerwear (Briefs, Leak-Proof Panties). Accessories. All products bought during sale events
We do not accept return or refund on any sale or clearance items.

Return policy for incorrect items being delivered
If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, please update the return status from your order panel or email us at support@floradiseapparels.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
You may choose either an exchange or a refund for the incorrect item.

If you've received a damaged product, an empty parcel, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
